Insurrection: The powers from the bottomless pit and their agenda. Study 1

As we are now in the US election season, we are being bombarded with the tribalism of the thesis and antithesis, with the pandemic, protests and riots, we are feeling the weight of global bedlam while the secret synthesis is quickly establishing itself. In the coming weeks I will be dealing with the subject of insurrection from the prophetic viewpoint and also the solutions as revealed by the scriptures.An insurrection is a violent uprising against an authority or government, to quell it, 'law and order' has to be reinstated by the authorities to prevent anarchy.The racial tension since George Floyd's tragic death in the hands of the police and the subsequent protests, black lives matter movement and riots that followed cannot be ignored by students of prophecy, these are harbingers of the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ and signalling that the world is in the verge of a stupendous crisis.Today we will be investigating the historical parallels of current affairs and the agenda of the powers from the bottomless pit and the spirit that influences them.

Our scripture reading is taken from Psalm 64:2 "Hide me from the secret counsel of the wicked; from the insurrection of the workers of iniquity"

"The first man is of the earth, earthy: the second man is the Lord from heaven. - As is the earthy, such are they also that are earthy: and as is the heavenly, such are they also that are heavenly. - And as we have borne the image of the earthy, we shall also bear the image of the heavenly. -Now this I say, brethren, that flesh and blood cannot inherit the kingdom of God; neither doth corruption inherit incorruption. 1 Corinthians 15:47-50

The secret counsel of the wicked is the devilish agenda of the powers from the bottomless pit, they are all rooted in unbelief and hypocritical human moralism.We are first introduced to term bottomless pit in Revelation chapter 9:"And the fifth angel sounded, and I saw a star fall from heaven unto the earth: and to him was given the key of the bottomless pit"  - Revelation 9:1.

Alexander Keith [Signs of the times,vol 1, pp.289,291] argued that the Moslem world is described in the chapter 9 of the Revelation especially the Saracens and the Turks. The fifth and sixth trumpets alike the former trumpets are judgements of God against the might of Rome for their persecution of God's people.In the battle of Nineveh when Persia lost the fierce battle against Rome who had invaded it's heart through the Black sea and the mountains of Armenia, "the Roman emperor was not strengthened by the conquests which he had archived; and the way was prepared at the same time,and by same means, for the multitudes of Saracens from Arabia, like locusts from the same region, who, propagating in their course the dark and delusive Mahometan creed, speedily overspread both the Persian and Roman empires" Daniel and Revelation by Uriah Smith.

The emergence of Moslem jihadists in our recent history is a signal that the armies of Rome are getting their judgement from God, although Rome wears the guise of a Christian garment in the form of the Papacy, the God of heaven will not be fooled, the union of Reagan and Pope John Paul to bring down USSR (the unholy alliance) was a signal that USA and it's alliances were now the armies of Rome and the 7th Trumpet and third woe was now upon them. The events of 9/11 and subsequent wars against terror targeted the Moslem world but left USA in trillions of debt and wounded.To complete the demise of USA to usher in the 7th head of Bible prophecy (NWO/ UN), the players that brought down the system in France through anarchy are at play i.e. anarchists like Antifa and BLM. Revelation eleven speaks about another power from the bottomless pit which is not Islam but atheism that crucified Christ through their Sodom and Egyptian spirit.

"And when they shall have finished their testimony, the beast that ascendeth out of the bottomless pit shall make war against them, and shall overcome them, and kill them. And their dead bodies shall lie in the street of the great city, which spiritually is called Sodom and Egypt, where also our Lord was crucified"Revelation 11:8.This by the way happens under the second woe, so Islam in the east and atheism in the West will bring a change of heads as it happened under Ottoman and French Revolution to bring down the 5th head and usher in the 6th head.

So what am I saying? The work of Islam and Atheism will bring down USA and pave the way for the 7th head according to Revelation 17, but the 7th head is of the eighth (the Papacy). So I am saying that the scriptures predict that the chipping away of the constitution of the USA to restore temporal prosperity, law and order is it's ruin.By the falsehood of miracles in the sight of the Kings of the earth, the beast and her daughter have already conspired for the head of John the Baptist the second Elijah.

If you are like John the Baptist, the weapons of your warfare are not carnal but Spiritual, what made him the greatest is his willingness to decrease whilst Christ increased in his heart."Looking in faith to the Redeemer, John had risen to the height of self-abnegation. He sought not to attract men to himself, but to lift their thoughts higher and still higher, until they should rest upon the Lamb of God. He himself had been only a voice, a cry in the wilderness. Now with joy he accepted silence and obscurity, that the eyes of all might be turned to the Light of life"DA 179.4.

Those who are true to their calling as messengers for God will not seek honor for themselves. Love for self will be swallowed up in love for Christ. No rivalry will mar the precious cause of the gospel. They will recognize that it is their work to proclaim, as did John the Baptist, “Behold the Lamb of God, which taketh away the sin of the world.” John 1:29. They will lift up Jesus, and with Him humanity will be lifted up. “Thus saith the high and lofty One that inhabiteth eternity, whose name is Holy; I dwell in the high and holy place, with him also that is of a contrite and humble spirit, to revive the spirit of the humble, and to revive the heart of the contrite ones.” Isaiah 57:15. DA 179.5

The soul of the prophet, emptied of self, was filled with the light of the divine. As he witnessed to the Saviour’s glory, his words were almost a counterpart of those that Christ Himself had spoken in His interview with Nicodemus. John said, “He that cometh from above is above all: he that is of the earth is earthly, and speaketh of the earth: He that cometh from heaven is above all.... For He whom God hath sent speaketh the words of God: for God giveth not the Spirit by measure unto Him.” Christ could say, “I seek not Mine own will, but the will of the Father which hath sent Me.” John 5:30. To Him it is declared, “Thou hast loved righteousness, and hated iniquity; therefore God, even Thy God, hath anointed Thee with the oil of gladness above Thy fellows.” Hebrews 1:9. The Father “giveth not the Spirit by measure unto Him.” DA 180.1

So with the followers of Christ. We can receive of heaven’s light only as we are willing to be emptied of self. We cannot discern the character of God, or accept Christ by faith, unless we consent to the bringing into captivity of every thought to the obedience of Christ. To all who do this the Holy Spirit is given without measure. In Christ “dwelleth all the fullness of the Godhead bodily, and in Him ye are made full.” Colossians 2:9, 10, R. V. DA 181.1

To conclude I refer us to James 3:13-18 "Who is a wise man and endued with knowledge among you? let him shew out of a good conversation his works with meekness of wisdom.  -But if ye have bitter envying and strife in your hearts, glory not, and lie not against the truth. This wisdom descendeth not from above, but is earthly, sensual, devilish.  -For where envying and strife is, there is confusion and every evil work.  - But the wisdom that is from above is first pure, then peaceable, gentle, and easy to be intreated, full of mercy and good fruits, without partiality, and without hypocrisy.  - And the fruit of righteousness is sown in peace of them that make peace".
